Homeowner applicants must be at or below 50 percent of the Area Median Income as determined by HUD, and reside in their homes within our service area (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington Counties).

Selection criteria include homes owned by the elderly, persons with disabilities and families with children.

Not-for-profit community centers in need of repair and/or rehabilitation are handled on a case-by-case basis.
