Raise funds year-round by soliciting donations from foundations, corporations, companies, associations, organizations and private individuals. Secure donors to provide funding for specific house projects.

House Selection
Solicit homeowner applications in designated neighborhoods and recommend adding or removing neighborhoods from the target service areas. Participate in the candidate homeowner selection process.

Volunteer Development/Event Day Logistics
Recruit groups and individuals for project days and related activities, support volunteer recognition, and help coordinate events. Assist with volunteer fairs and other volunteer related events, such as preparing for and managing command central on Rebuilding Day. Tasks may include securing and coordinating non-building supplies and materials, such as food and refreshments, volunteer tee shirts, first aid kits and communications technology.

Skilled Labor
Advocate the mission and range of services of Rebuilding Together Twin Cities among the local trade associations, unions and vocational training schools. Develop relationships with key building construction, remodeling and home repair leaders in the Twin Cities. Enlist expertise and trade-level skills when required.

Communications
Promote the Rebuilding Together brand. Manage, create and produce online and traditional communications to reach sponsors, donors, volunteers, and qualified candidates.
