Kathy Greiner—Executive Director

Kathy manages the day-to-day operations of Rebuilding Together Twin Cities, overseeing the submittal of applications from potentially qualified homeowners and not-for-profit community centers.

She partners with fellow non-profits, community service agencies and sponsors. Working closely with the Board of Directors, she leads the efforts required to achieve the organizations annual goals and objectives.

She received in 1991 a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Saint Benedict, St. Joseph, Minnesota, and in 1986 an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts from Briar Cliff College, Sioux City, Iowa.

Starting as a volunteer and making her way up the ranks, Kathy possesses first-hand knowledge of residential construction and repair and has coordinated the services of skilled trade professionals, contractors and volunteers.

Meghan Flynn—Project Coordinator

Meghan acts as a liaison with Trade Partners, House Captains, and Construction Supervisors in the planning process for our events, and makes sure all the materials necessary to the job are available. She comes to RTTC from the Minnesota Women’s Campaign Fund, where she worked as an intern and developed skills such as database management and event planning, which are directly applicable to coordinating the logistics for Emergency Repair projects and Home Repair Rebuild Days. A graduate of Carleton College, with a major in Sociology and Anthropology, Meghan also attended Harvard University’s Career Discovery Program in Architecture, which confirmed her career interest in city planning to improve the places in which people live.

Marleen Stubee, Program Manager

Marleen started as a volunteer and is now the first Program Manager for RTTC. She acts as a liaison to homeowners, volunteers, and neighborhood groups, as well as other community organizations. A 2003 graduate from the University of Minnesota with a major in Spanish, Marleen brings a wealth of nonprofit experience to RTTC, including two years as an AmeriCorps volunteer. The first was working as a tutor/ mentor in the Minneapolis Public Schools and the second was as a family services representative with Habitat for Humanity in New Orleans.
